A very nice HJ dagger with Motto! With a RZM Logo, Motto, but no maker mark. These are almost impossible to find.
M7/42 indicates its made by Paul Weyersberg

Paul Weyersberg produced 3 types (as far as is known to date).

This example is likely from late 1937/early 1938. We call that a mid-period or transitional. In that case, you usually see a logo plus the RZM number on the blade. However, an RZM code on the ricasso alone, like on this dagger, plus a motto can is hardly seen and a clear early transitional period dagger. it normally only appears on later daggers. After September 1938, a motto was no longer permitted. Some manufacturers did place the motto after this date, such as WKC.
