Our responsibility of the package ends when it is dropped of at the post office. we do not cover the cost of lost packages.
Insurance of packages is possible, but always on buyers request.

Our return policy last 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You may only return your items if the item is different then described. Pictures are also a part of the description of my items. I always describe and photograph my items the best I can to make sure you get exactly what you see.
